Open to all riders aged 16 and older. You can join or create a team during registration at no extra cost.

Fundraising Minimum: $195

For young riders aged 15 and under. No fundraising minimum applies — just show up and ride (with parent or guardian).

Teams and families register as individuals. During registration, choose to join an existing team or create a new one — free of charge. Riders 15 and under still only pay $25 if they are on a team.

BRAIN HEALTH AMBASSADOR

Raise $1,000+ and Earn the Ambassador Jersey

Riders who raise $1,000 or more earn the exclusive Brain Health Ambassador Jersey — a special recognition of your exceptional commitment to brain health research. Push your fundraising further and wear your achievement on event day. (2025 version is illustrated.)

WHAT IF I DON’T MEET MY MINIMUM FUNDRAISING?

Access to the Route Requires Meeting Your Minimum

If you have not reached your $195 fundraising minimum by event day, you will not receive your bike plate and wristband — the credentials required to access the course. Without these, you will not be able to participate in the ride on event day.

TAX RECEIPTS

Who Qualifies?

A charitable tax receipt is issued for all donations of $10 or more made through your fundraising page

WHEN IS IT ISSUED?

Receipts are emailed immediately after a donation is made — including any self-donation you make at the time of registration.

How to Receive It

Receipts are sent automatically to the donor’s email address. No manual request is needed. Check your spam folder if you don’t see it within a few minutes.

REGISTRATION FEE

The registration fee itself is not tax-receiptable — only donations qualify for a receipt.
