Skip the Lines — Complete Online Check-In!

Check in online between April 28 at 9:00 AM and May 9 at 12:00 AM EST to breeze past the lines on event day and hit the road with ease.

To ride in the Mattamy Homes Bike for Brain Health, all participants must display their bike plate and wristband — both included in your rider kit.

Once you’ve completed online check-in, your Rider Kit will either be:

• Mailed to you at an address in Ontario
• Available for pickup at Baycrest or the Better Living Centre — based on your fundraising total. (See pickup times below.)

Keep fundraising even after you’ve checked in! If you reach $1,000 or more, you’ll earn VIP Access and the exclusive 2025 Brain Health Ambassador jersey, available for pickup on event day.

Check in to have your jersey and bike kit mailed to you.

Check in to have your ride kit mailed to you if you live in Ontario.

Check in online and we’ll have your ride kit packed and ready to pick up at our Baycrest and Better Living locations.

Here’s What You Need to Know

The minimum fundraising requirement to participate is $175 for riders aged 16 and older.

You can meet this requirement by:

• Making a self-donation to reach $175 and access online check-in
• Donating at one of our pickup locations when collecting your kit.
